1. Service Cancellation

• Customers can cancel a service request before service dispatch without any charges.

• Once the technician is assigned or dispatched, a nominal visit charge may apply.

2. Refund Policy

• Service charges are non-refundable after successful completion of the service.

• If advance payment is made and the service is not delivered due to our fault, a full refund will be processed.

3. Product Returns

• Products sold (such as CCTV cameras, DVRs, etc.) are subject to manufacturer warranty.

• We do not accept returns unless the product is defective.

4. Refund Processing

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
